Question: When we first spoke about our plans to upgrade our infrastructure, one of the security practices you indicated as critical was the stringent use of Firefox, Thunderbird, and Lightning, among other products and utilities from the Mozilla Suite. Who is Mozilla? Do they pay you a cut? And why do you recommend these tools above all others in the email, calendaring, and web browser market?
