Question: We have tried every remote access solution that has ever existed to connect to our computers
in the office. My engineers used PC-Anywhere back in the 1980s since the moment modems didn't require the
acoustic phone coupler anymore. We tried every VNC solution every created. For some time, our IT department
sanctioned Microsoft's Remote Desktop Connection and Apple Remote Desktop, but when some major vulnerabilities
were made public, we shut them down and they changed the policy to: no remote access whatsoever. There is now
a very poor webmail program we use in emergencies, but we really need full access to our systems. We'd like to review
the policy and find a reliable, safe and cost-effective VNC solution. Can you help?
